How far do you travel?

We generally travel up to 1hr for events of all sizes. Events that are over 1hr from our North Shropshire base have to meet a minimum spend of £8,000 and events over 2hrs from us must meet a minimum spend of £12,000. Events outside of our 1hr radius can expect a few additional charges such as staff transport and possible extra delivery costs for hired items. These costs are pointed out during consultation stage if they apply.

Do you cater for small events?

Absolutely! We are thrilled to take care of all events including intimate gatherings. Our minimum event size is generally 6 guests. We often take care of dinner parties and shoot days for 8-16, as well as garden parties for 30-50. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to see how we can help make your small event perfect.

What do you include in your prices?

Unless otherwise specified our quotes typically include kitchen staff, waiting staff service, kitchen hire as appropriate, cutlery and crockery to suit your menu and transport. There is always the option to upgrade your tableware, as well as add on linen in a huge range of colours and textures at a competitive trade rate.

how many events do you take on each weekend?

We aim to take on no more than 2 large events or weddings per weekend so that we can maintain standards across our relatively small team. We often have midweek capacity for a range of events.

what makes your service different to other caterers?

What sets us apart from the competition, I feel, is the personal service that we offer. From initial enquiry and consultation through to the day of the event we offer a continuous point of contact with either one or both of us who coordinate events. This may cross over but as we share an office and an email address you have access to us both at all times!

The extra mile that we offer comes in the form of quote sourcing for unique tableware, maintaining a wide network of hire suppliers so that we are able to recommend and source specific items for our clients as well as using years of industry experience to advise on not just the food but most other elements of the day. We like to feel that we build a personal relationship with each client we take on. As a testament to how well our relationships are built we find ourselves without a need for paid advertising as word of mouth serves us very well.
